COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN TRAVEL & TOURS (CGC Travel & Tours) was formed in 2002 owned and managed by Cherry G Caritativo who has been in the travel business for more than 20 years. The company specializes in the design and sales of commercial travel services including inbound and outbound tour packages, ticketing, and hotel reservations and processing of travel documentations.

Through the years, CGC Travel & Tours has earned to become a credible and competent travel agency in the Philippines. In fact, the company has been awarded as the Most Outstanding in Tour Assistance (National Division) by the Philippine Quality Awards for Business Excellence and an International Management Excellence Awardee.

Company Profile

The company was formed in 2002 and was known as COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN TRAVEL & TOURS (CGC Travel & Tours). It is a service oriented company and specializes in the design and sales of commercial travel services including inbound and outbound tour packages, ticketing, and hotel reservations and processing of travel documentation.

COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN TRAVEL & TOURS main activity is to deliver services on travel, hotel, bus or any land transportation thru credited and whole sale operators both international and domestic, resort land arrangements and documentations.

CGC, which is also an acronym for Cherry G. Caritativo, owner and General Manager, has been in the travel business for more than 15 years now. She started as an Account Executive for 3 years. Expertise on planning both on travel and hotel of Corporate Accounts has been accounted for when she organized international/domestic trips of 145 pax of Colgate Palmolive, Phils.

(Hong Kong/Singapore/Bangkok Conventions as well as Cebu/Davao Conventions., Also, Saigon Convention of 150 pax of Colgate Palmolive Philippines held on February 2007, followed by Bali Convention held on April 2008, Boracay Convention held on March 2010, Osaka, Japan Convention held on March 2011, Hong Kong Convention held on March 2013 and Bangkok Convention held on January 2016. AGRI-LINK at PICC, Trade Mission of 30 delegates to Europe of Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sales Conference of 172 pax of Sales and Marketing Department of Roche Pharmaceutical Philippines – Boracay, and served 500 Gift Certificates of Motorola Philippines based on their Summer MOTO Promo 2005-2006. We also served travel certificates for Manila Bulletin Winners on their anniversary program in 2012 and 2014. We participated in PTAA Travel Tour Expo on February 14-16, 2014, February 13-15, 2015 and February 5-7, 2016 held at SMX Convention Center, MOA, Pasay City. We organized an incentive tour for EON Inc. last July 25-27, 2015 with 80 pax participants in Bangkok.

We organized the Singapore Tour of San Beda College, Taft on February 2016. Recently, we organized an incentive tour for EON Inc. in Palawan on Sep. 9-11, 2016 for 92 persons.

CGC has been awarded as Most Outstanding in Tour Assistance (National Division) by the Philippine Quality Awards for Business Excellence and an International Management Excellence Awardee.

This section presents a brief description of the scope of the travel related services of COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN TRAVEL & TOURS.


Listed below are the specific products and services we will provide under this category for rendering these services, no service charge will be imposed on the clients.

Personalized service

  • CGC will provide service between the hours of 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m every weekdays (Monday-Friday) and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • Our staff will be assigned to your account during regular working hours to handle the operational aspects of your travel requirements such as itinerary planning, reservations, fare computations and ticketing
  • As part of CGC Travel, an Account Executive will act as a liaison between you and operations by obtaining feedback on the quality of service related by our reservation staff.

Itinerary Planning

Our experienced Travel Consultant will advise your travelers of the most direct route to one’s destination at the most inexpensive rate, provide alternative routes for those who wish to explore other venues and work out itinerary that allows cities to be visited at no extra cost.

Airline Reservations

We offer to provide prompt and reliable airline reservations for your company with the use of our AMADEUS, GALILEO and ABACUS systems.

Airline Tickets

We can issue different kinds of airline tickets from First Class to Business Class, Regular Economy and Budget/Discounted to Excursion tickets designed to suit your travel requirements and budget.


In order to provide our clients a variety of options in international tours not only on the type of tours but also in terms of cost alternatives, we are in a position to offer tour packages to Europe, USA, Asia and the rest of the world. These tour packages can be generally classified into three types:

  • Airline package tours consisting of selected tours to popular destinations arranged by airline.
  • Wholesaler’s package tours which generally offer a wide tour selection.
  • Custom-made packages for Group Incentive Tours to meet your budget.


We handle all kinds of travel requirements to any part of the Philippines, from domestic package tours to hotel reservations, airport/hotel transfers. Sightseeing tours with multi-lingual guides and other arrangements. In addition, we can provide assistance for conferences and seminars which may require negotiations with travel and trade suppliers.


Our group of documentation staff with extensive experience in passport processing, visa procurement for respective destinations as well as change of status in the Philippines and other immigration matters. This provides an assurance that all your company’s documentation needs will be handled efficiently and promptly.


We can reserve local and international hotels anywhere.


Airport/Hotel transfers can be arranged through our contracted suppliers or through the hotels. Car/bus rentals may also be arranged upon request.


Reconfirmation of any airline is provided free of charge to you and to your guests.


Travel and baggage insurance will be made available upon request.


Hereunder contains the specific commitments of COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN governing services, reservations, airport assistance, discounts and other pertinent areas relating to travel service.


COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN shall give Corporate Incentive/s based on ticket fare for domestic and international sales as computed on gross production sales subject for an agreement between CGC & your company.


Passport / Visa Processing / Immigration Processing / Philippine Travel Tax Exemption Certificate / Reduced Travel Tax Certificate / DSWD / NSO.


  • INTERNATIONAL – We issue our automated tickets on different international carriers.
  • DOMESTIC – Automated domestic tickets will also be issued at a minimal service fee.


Messengerial services shall be made available to make sure that all requirements are properly delivered.


For any airport assistance, our airport representative will be available to assist our clients, upon request.


CGC shall extend credit line for international and domestic ticketing upon request and is subject for approval by the Management.


Settlement of accounts can be done: (Should be advised before ticketing)
  • US Dollar currency
  • Philippine Peso


Invoices are delivered together with the tickets.


Travel documents submitted for refund will be handled in the following manner:
  • CGC will immediately submit the refund application to the airline for the value of the unused ticket and to the Department of Tourism for the travel tax paid.



For Local Tickets / Documentation Processing
*Strictly Seven (7) days at the time of ticketing and issuance of Sales Invoice.

For International Ticketing
*Strictly Seven (7) days at the time of ticketing and issuance of Sales Invoice.
Maximum of Fifteen (15) days only upon Management’s approval.


  •  Gross Production Sales: 4 Million – One (01) roundtrip HKG or BKK or SIN Ticket
  • CGC shall have a corporate file on the sales production achieved.
  • CGC shall require Purchase Orders signed duly by authorized signatory or thru you for easy tracing etc.
